If you need to return your items you must let us know, by email, telephone or letter, within 14 days of delivery. We accept returns for any reason provided that the items have not been used by yourself, are in the same condition as when we dispatched them, and the garment tags stating 'Return Not Accepted  If This Tag Is Removed' have not been removed.

We will give you a returns code and full instructions. This will ensure that your returns are handled without delay. Any information you can give us about your reason for returning items will help us to improve our service. Thanks, in advance.


We only have one of each item, so we can't resell the items you are returning until we receive them back at 'Savvy HQ'. We always appreciate your help in returning items promptly. We will normally refund your payment just as quickly as you return items to us. 


  • We will not accept items for return if you have not contacted us within 14 days of delivery. If you're away from home, we can delay dispatch of your items to coincide with your return. This ensures that you won't miss out, and you can still benefit from the 14 days return period.
  • UK orders: If you are returning part of your order, a standard delivery charge (£4.95) will be deducted from your refund if the value of the remainder of the order subsequently falls below £75. Return postage costs must be paid by yourself.
  • Overseas orders: Shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipping costs must be paid by yourself.
  • The faster you return your items to us, the faster we will process your refund.
  • If you haven't returned your items within 14 days of first notifying us, we will not give any refund or credit.
