Why are you closing the Savvy Row rewards scheme?
The cost of the software required to run the scheme has increased significantly. At the same time, promises of improved integration (removing the need to copy and paste a coupon code) and customisation (to both design and functionality) have not materialised.
We will focus even more closely on 'headline' pricing, including our seasonal 50% sale promotions, free UK delivery & returns, reduced European shipping rates and tax-free sales to non-EU countries.
Can I still use my existing reward points?
Yes, but you must redeem and use your existing rewards before midnight on 30th June 2016. All reward points and associated coupon codes will expire at midnight on 30th June 2016.

Log in to your store account and go to the Redeem Rewards Page which can be accessed through the Rewards Tab located at the bottom right of the website.

To earn rewards, you must create an account.
Coupons have no cash value and are non-transferable and must be used by the person they are issued to and can only be used once.
Reward values are inclusive of UK VAT @ 20%.
If an order is cancelled or refunded any points earned will be deducted from the points accumulated.
Coupons may only be redeemed when the purchase value exceeds the coupon value. Coupons cannot be combined, e.g. with credit notes.
