We want you to be delighted with your purchase. We work hard to try to make sure all of our items are accurately described, and we show lots of images to help you decide. Remember that most of the items we sell are between 30 and 60 years old so you should expect wear commensurate with age. Item descriptions will clearly point out any significant flaws.

When you recieve your item, if you believe the condition of your item is significantly different from the way we’ve described it in the listing, please contact us at the earliest opportunity (and no later than within 48 hours of receiving your item). Assuming the claim is accurate and reasonable and providing the item has not been used by yourself, we will either carry out a repair at no charge or, if that’s not feasible, we will give a full refund of item cost and delivery charges plus return postage costs. We will always do everything possible to resolve any problem to your satisfaction.
