To earn rewards, you must create an account.

Coupons have no cash value and are non-transferable and must be used by the person they are issued to and can only be used once. 

If an order is cancelled or refunded any points earned will be deducted from the points accumulated.

Coupons may only be redeemed when the purchase value exceeds the coupon value.

We cannot apply points to your account for phone orders; to ensure you receive your reward points, log in to your account and place your order online, in the normal way.

We reserve the right to exclude any members.
