It's often possible to alter garments to fit, and at very reasonable cost. Locating an experienced tailor / alterer in your area will increase your opportunities to secure items and ensure you are always able to get the maximum enjoyment from your purchases.
There's no need to tell us that you are returning items. Fill out the returns form enclosed with your order invoice and send it with your returned item(s) within 28 days of delivery.
UK orders can be returned free of charge through your local Post Office. Download your free returns label here

If you're returning items from outside the European Union, please clearly mark the package 'GOODS RETURNED TO MERCHANT UNDER RETURNS POLICY'. If the package is not marked in this way then it may incur customs charges which we would have to deduct from the amount to be refunded.
We accept returns for any reason provided that the items have not been used or altered by yourself, are in the same condition as when we dispatched them, and our garment tags have not been removed.
We will not give a refund, exchange or credit note for any items not returned to us within 28 days of delivery.
Returned items are your responsibility until they are delivered to us. Ensure they are properly wrapped and secured. We recommend that you obtain a proof of posting.
UK orders - Your refund will include the Standard Delivery cost (£2.00 for orders up to £30 in value / £5.95 for all other UK orders). This does not apply to gifts, orders collected in person or if you return only part of your order.
Overseas orders - Outward shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipping costs must be paid by yourself.
Items purchased as gifts between 17th November and 23rd December can be returned up to Monday 1st February 2016 for a credit note (item value ex. shipping) valid until end 2016. Return postage costs are not refundable. All other terms still apply, (see above). Be sure to tell us at time of ordering (in the field for 'special instructions' on the Cart page) that you require a gift receipt. Our standard return policy will apply in all other cases.
