The Chaps say: Exceptional worsted suit, bespoke tailored by Welsh, Jeffries & Walls of Eton and Savile Row, dated 1977. Finest all-wool cloth, 2/6 double-breasted fastening, 3 button cuff (fixed), wide peak lapel, full satin lining. Flat-fronted trousers with waist adjusters, button fly, plain-finish leg (no turn-up). Excellent cut and structure. A very nice piece and versatile, too.

Condition: VERY GOOD vintage condition, wear cosnsistent with occasional use, just some minor flaws to note - mild discolouration to lining at arm openings, fray to right trouser pocket lining, usual discolouration with age to trouser lining (nothing nasty) - see photos.

R = Regular fitting (for chaps between 5' 7" - 5' 11" tall)
S = Short fitting (5' 2" - 5' 6" tall)
L = Long fitting (6'- 6' 5" tall)

Good: An item is wearable but cannot be returned to Excellent condition even if repairs are made.

Restoration: An item has many significant flaws but its historical value merits an investment.
